Exchanges, Returns and Refunds

Returns will be accepted on full-price merchandise if we are emailed within 7 business days of you receiving your order. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in unused, new condition and in it's original packaging. Email us at for our return address and be sure to include your order number.

All full-priced items are eligible for an exchange depending on product availability.  Please email us to begin the exchange process.  


You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning  or exchanging your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. Please be sure to obtain tracking information for your return. 

If an item arrived damaged or incorrect on behalf of ZoZu Co, we will email you a shipping label to mail back your item and begin the refund or exchange process.
